After
12 years of providing a regular programme of INSET courses up
and down the country Ali Farrell is now focusing on training
primary and secondary teachers within the Food
in Schools programme as well as acting as a Consultant to the Licence to Cook
programme.
These
high profile, national initiatives are government funded and
aim to improve food education in schools.
Ali
is also developing her own materials to support the Licence
to Cook programme and the revised Programme of Study for food
with National Curriculum D&T. These
are published in the Curriculum Matters section of this site.
Ali is currently delivering a series of courses for Mill Wharf training entitled It's OK to Cook. For further details, dates and venues please see www.mill-wharf-training.co.uk
